With more than 25 years of experience in individual and group settings, Greg Williams brings a unique perspective to the arenas of wholistic motivational encouragement and coaching. Raised in an Army household, Mr. Williams spent the first 17 years of life living and traveling throughout the United States and overseas. This allowed him to have first-hand knowledge of experiencing different cultures and more importantly, appreciating those who are uniquely different, but yet similar at the same time.
Greg is a proud graduate of Howard University, in Washington, D.C., and Mercer County Community College, in New Jersey. These institutions, in addition to providing academic excellence, furthered his exposure to more uniquely different/similar individuals. Upon graduating from Howard University, Mr. Williams returned to New Jersey where he obtained employment with both the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General (Senior Financial Investigator) since 1988 and Mercer County Community College (Education Specialist and Student Success Coach) since 1990. In August of 2023, he successfully retired from the State of NJ after 35 years of service.

His formal career as a Wholistic Motivational speaker and substantive coach began in 1990 as a volunteer with the youth programs, housed at Mercer County Community College’s James Kerney Campus, where Greg was asked to mentor ‘challenging’ youth. Thereafter, he was asked to mentor staff members.
While conducting a workshop for college preparation to high school students, it became apparent to Mr. Williams that the students did not know how to critically think. This sparked the genesis of his Critical Thinking/Cultural Development Program within his Mental Wellness Series. The uniqueness of the program and series is the ability to customize the needs of the institution/organization. In addition, it can be facilitated to the youth, along with those who are willing to desire a better quality of their life’s journey.
