I cannot think of anyone more perfectly suited to be a life coach than Greg. He is an engaging and upbeat person who is able to look at the positive side of people and situations. Within a few minutes of meeting him, Greg feels like a comfortable and trusted friend. He is a good listener -- empathetic yet realistic -- and considers all sides of a topic. With his life experience, he has a broad and open perspective. He is interesting and challenging. He has a natural feel for people and has enjoyed supporting others for many years on a voluntary basis. I am glad he is now offering his help and guidance to others through this opportunity.

Greg Williams and I worked together for several years. What started as a cordial work relationship evolved into a friendship after our many discussions about life, family, work, religion and politics. It was always a pleasure exchanging ideas with Greg. He’s compassionate, a great listener and a spiritual man. I appreciated that we could discuss any subject and whether we agreed or disagreed, Greg would respect my opinion and never judge and his insight and perspective were always compelling and thought-provoking.
I wholeheartedly endorse my friend, Greg Williams.

I always thought of Greg as a “deep thinker”, a spiritual person that had very insightful thoughts and opinions on a variety of life’s topics. He and I had many conversations that ranged from lighthearted sports discussions to much deeper, more serious, social issues Although we may not have always agreed, he respected my thoughts and opinions. I would come away enriched from our exchanges with a deeper understanding of the subjects discussed from a different perspective. I learned from Greg which has made me a better person. The greatest compliment I can pay any person is the say they are my friend. I count Greg among my friends.

I am very honored and excited to endorse Greg Williams. I have known Greg for over 20 years, my relationship started as a player on a high school basketball team he coached, and over the years has grown into a deep and supportive friendship. Greg was instrumental in teaching me discipline, integrity, and respect by not only modeling it himself but engaging me in my own journey of self development. He is highly intelligent and passionate, genuine and compassionate. I cannot recommend Greg enough, anyone would be lucky to have him in their corner. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions at meaghen.sharik@gmail.com.
Thank you.

A little about Greg
A devoted father and family man whose life has seen the ups and downs we all experience. His perspective on life has been influenced by growing up in a military family, traveling the world at a young age because of such, family members on the police force, attending Howard University, working for the DA and growing up a black man in a white man's world. I love this man. He's insightful and prophetic, a consistent meditation practitioner and educator. He's helped me through a lot.

First let me speak upon the individual whom I have known for over twenty years and counting. He (Greg Williams) is upstanding, rooted, and founded in integrity. His character speaks for itself by way of his behavior and conduct. So as he enters into the realm of the business world you can expect nothing but quality and I put my personal stamp on it.

It is my utmost pleasure to write this letter of endorsement for Mr. Greg Williams, who is an exemplary advisor, motivator, and communicator. As a full-time Student Advocate at Mercer County Community College, I work daily with students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are struggling emotionally, academically, or socially. Mr. Williams serves as a part-time Success Coach at the college, and I have regularly had the opportunity to observe him engage with students in a manner which speaks to his stellar communication skills.
Students can tell immediately whether or not someone is genuine; once they have made up their minds that a person does not care about their struggles or aspirations, they immediately shut down, and regaining that trust is difficult, if not impossible. Mr. Williams genuinely cares for others. From the moment he meets a student, he is invested in that student’s success. This passion comes across in quite a few ways. Mr. Williams is an active listener; he devotes all of his energies to the conversation at hand and evinces sincere interest in the thoughts of those with whom he converses. He remembers details that he learns about students, which is instrumental in building trust.
Once he has earned a student’s trust, Mr. Williams can deploy a wide variety of tools to effectively communicate his points and engage with students. First, he is quick to share stories from his own background, whether as a student, athlete, professional, husband, or father. His willingness to share of himself allows him to establish points of similarity with listeners, from which he can grow a fruitful relationship. He is also a natural storyteller, and it is impossible not to get caught up in his narratives as he builds to his larger point. He is direct with students, and will share the unvarnished truth, even when these truths seem intimidating or challenging. He is dignified and cool-headed, remaining calm even when a student gets agitated and never failing to exude professionalism and poise. Perhaps most importantly, he has a keen sense of humor, and he knows when to use humor to ease tension in a difficult conversation.
As I have mentioned, Mr. Williams’ background and experience provide several different opportunities to connect with students, and his skills as a communicator give him myriad avenues to get his points across. What, to me, makes Mr. Williams so effective is his ability to combine these assets to engage so many different students in so many different ways. I have seen a student fresh out of high school nodding thoughtfully as he mulls over a piece or Mr. Williams’ sage advice with a grateful “thanks, Coach.” I have seen a student who hasn’t stepped foot in a school in a decade and bristles at every administrator agree wholeheartedly when Mr. Williams tells him to own his mistakes and start taking his work seriously. Mr. Williams is able to quickly get to know a student and discern the best way to get through to that student.
The MCCC community is lucky to have Mr. Williams. He is passionate, relatable, and thoughtful, and he is able to use his talents to great effect to motivate others. It truly is an honor for me to offer this endorsement of his merits, and even as I conclude this letter I look forward to our next conversation.

This letter serves as an endorsement for Mr. Greg Williams as a motivational speaker and developer of culture and critical thinking messages to people from diverse backgrounds.
I have known Mr. Williams for the past 10 years in my professional capacity as an adjunct professor of Sociology at the Mercer County Community College. Over the years, I have witnessed the impact and influence that Greg has provided to students at the college. They gravitate towards him and are eager to learn from his life and professional experiences.
He has a very direct, yet, calming approach to delivering very complex and sensitive subject matter on a number of topics related but not limited to race, discrimination, relationships, stress management, community building and empowerment.
His abilities extend beyond the scope of children, young adults, and adults. He is concerned with the overall well-being of the entire community. He incorporates into his trainings, messages that cause his audiences to think carefully about their role in improving the conditions of the downtrodden.
Mr. Williams is a masterful facilitator. He provides content that supports his introspective analysis that captures even the most resistant of participants. He is driven to action and not just rhetoric.
He views the world from a wholistic point of view – continuously surveying the social and physical landscape to offer the best most current information possible.
A true inspiration, teacher, leader, and guide – I recommend Greg Williams for the role of motivational speaker and developer of culture and critical thinking messaging without reservations.

It is with great pleasure that I am able to recommend wholeheartedly Gregory L. Williams, whom I have known professionally and personally for the last ten plus years. He will be a great asset with his excellence in teaching and enthusiasm for education. Currently, Mr. Williams is an Academic Success Coach at Mercer County Community College. He is a determined and knowledgeable motivational speaker/success coach, committed to academic excellence and to students' success. He is consistently engaged with students, developing and refining new methods of instruction based upon the needs of individual students and the class as a whole. Mr. Williams's success with students is evidenced by the fact that many of them consistently return to seek guidance throughout their college careers. His classrooms are lively, with students engaged and enthusiastic about classroom topics and their own learning. Even the most reticent students contribute to classroom discussions and activities.
Greg's talent can be seen not only as a motivational speaker but also as a success coach to leaders of tomorrow. He meets with both new and returning students to advise and guide them in their paths to success, assisting them in selecting classes and locating and navigating college resources. He also provides Success Coaching and guidance in developing and maintaining the skills necessary for college success. Many of our students are first-generation and returning students and, as such, need additional guidance and counseling.
Mr. Williams is able to balance his work load, counselling and other responsibilities on campus successfully, clearly demonstrating his ability to multi-task and meet the needs of the students. He eagerly employs new technology and embraces all opportunities for advanced training for self and professional development. Unequivocally, his diversified and accredited background demonstrates a desire for excellence. I am confident that this endorsement shall be a mutually beneficial endeavor with laudable results..

Yes brother Greg
You may not know this but we appreciated all the efforts you put into us becoming the men that we are today. Just wanted to appreciate you in my own small way.
Each generation pulls the next generation forward; I think you embody this sentiment and thank you.

Brother Greg Williams has been more of a big brother to us in the Upward Bound program, serving as a tutor, coach and a mentor. His approach to us, even in the professional-academic settings, have been a role that goes beyond just a student-teacher relationship. He goes beyond that line in advising us to avoid the many mistakes that life herself throws at students beyond the school environment. From him, the students in the Upward Bound Program got to have a clear understanding of how to be mature both in and out of the classroom. Those valuable lessons about time management, conflict management, maturity, working hard, staying focus, using academic resources that’s available, being a role model, and to be an advocate for the greater good for the community, are all teachings and advice that my twin brother- Trokon Sarnoe & Dr Thomas King, both in health care, and myself in Government Information Technology and scores of students from the Upward Bound program LEARNED from Mr. Greg Williams. His personal/professional approach in speaking truth to us, made us always affectionately call him Brother Greg

Greg Williams Sir, I want to say thanks for being there from the beginning of my journey. You were always inspirational to me as a young man.
